Weaving the Threads

The roots beneath the work
Gita Amber Carroll -

my birth name, of song and stone.

This practice begins with listening — quiet, sacred, slow.

A devotion to the wisdom of body, psyche, and earth.

A remembering of rhythm, breath, and everyday beauty.

Wildflowers

I was raised on the wild West Coast of South Africa, near Cape Town, where the ocean, mountains, and fynbos taught me as much as any classroom. Afrikaans is my mother tongue; English my language of learning. I've lived all over the world ... but Kalk Bay / Cape Town has had my heart for the last 2 decades.

For over twenty years, I've worked alongside changemakers, artists, philanthropists, celebrities and communities, creating spaces for connection, growth, and meaningful change.

My own journey has a long list including burnout and trauma ( more detail we would need more time).

Over time, it's become harder to ignore my call  ... one of a different path: one of listening, surrender, and alignment.

My work draws on psychotherapy, my own lived experience, mythology, archetypes, and nature.

At its core is simple: when we reconnect with our true selves, our gifts emerge, and life begins to feel both more purposeful and more alive.

I’m passionate about helping people find that place, that secret place, hidden in your very own heart, waiting for you to find it.
